Patrick J. Ramsey
President, CEO and Director

Pat Ramsey joined Multimedia Games in September 2008 and was named Chief Executive Officer in September 2010. Ramsey has used his first years as CEO to turn Multimedia Games into one of the fastest-growing slot manufacturers by re-aligning the company’s new product development efforts and expanding into new markets, resulting in a range of new entertaining products and significant growth in the sale of the company’s proprietary games. Prior to joining the company, he served for over six years in various executive and operational positions with Harrah's Entertainment, such as Vice President and Executive Associate to the Vice Chairman at Harrah's corporate headquarters in Las Vegas and Vice President of Slots & Security at Caesars Atlantic City.  Prior to entering the gaming industry, he worked in various roles within the finance industry and also taught English in South America. He graduated with honors from Harvard University with a BA in economics and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Pat was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, and in his free time loves to travel with his family, play a bit of golf and tennis, and has become an avid UFC fan while he awaits a Superbowl title for the Browns or a World Series win for the Indians.

Adam Chibib
Chief Financial Officer

Adam Chibib was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Multimedia Games in February 2009, bringing to the company over 18 years of financial management and technology industry experience. Chibib presently oversees the Finance and Accounting departments and all operations efforts. Prior to joining Multimedia Games, Chibib ran a financial consulting practice and served as Chief Financial Officer at NetSpend Corporation, Tippingpoint Technologies (NASDAQ:TPTI), Waveset Technologies, and BroadJump, Inc, where he was an integral member of senior management teams that consistently improved revenues and cash flow. Also, while the Controller at Tivoli Systems, Chibib's responsibilities included managing the worldwide accounting and treasury functions of a $1 billion software company. Chibib earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mick Roemer
Senior VP of Sales

Mick Roemer joined Multimedia Games in January of 2009 as Senior Vice President of Sales, bringing over 28 years of gaming equipment sales and marketing experience to the company. He currently manages the Sales team and oversees the order management process. Roemer most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Product Development for Bally Technologies. Prior to that, he held positions at IGT which included VP Sales and VP Marketing, where he directed IGT's sales efforts into the emerging riverboat markets and was instrumental in the development and introduction of new product lines such as Wheel of Fortune and Megabucks.  Roemer’s previous professional experience with other gaming companies includes leadership roles in the industry's transition to cashless wagering, as well as the use of on-line player tracking systems as a marketing tool.

Roemer is an accomplished musician, having performed with Ray Charles, Lenny Pickett and the SNL Band and has backed up bands such as Tower Of Power.   He recently released his own jazz album on iTunes titled Slow Down.

Todd McTavish
Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary

Joining Multimedia Games in 2013 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, Todd McTavish brings over 15 years of legal experience to the company. McTavish currently leads the Legal and Compliance departments and supervises a team of in-house attorneys, compliance analysts and licensing professionals, and manages lobbyists and outside counsel. Previously, he served as General Counsel at Video Gaming Technologies, Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at D1 Sports Holdings, and as a financial consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Before departing for the corporate world, McTavish was an Associate at the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York City.  McTavish earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from West Virginia University, a Juris Doctorate from Touro College Law Center, and a Masters of Corporate Finance Law, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. 

In his free time, McTavish can most likely be found spending time outdoors with his treasured black lab Pearl, reading, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.

Joaquin Aviles
VP of Technology

As the Vice President of Technology at Multimedia Games since 2009, Joaquin Aviles has thirty years of management experience in networking, security, and digital storage technologies. Aviles presently presides over the Engineering and Quality Assurance departments, as well as oversees all system development. Prior to joining the company, he managed the development of high volume production devices at Cisco Systems and 3Com. As a technology innovator, Aviles holds multiple approved patents currently implemented in networking, security, digital storage markets, and infrastructures. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the Florida International University in Miami.
Aviles is the proud father of 3 daughters, and after teaching them how to do everything from playing sports to crunching numbers, he enjoys travelling, playing golf, and scuba diving.

Julie M. Kirk
VP of Human Resources

Julie Kirk joined Multimedia Games in February 2011 as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing to the company over 25 years of leadership and human resources management experience. Currently, Kirk oversees all human resources efforts, internal relations, and employee benefits. She served most recently as Sr. Vice President of Employee Benefits at Willis, and Vice President of Human Resources at both Concero, Inc. and BroadJump, Inc. While at BroadJump, she developed and implemented a Core Values Program that articulated BroadJump's spirit, shaping the way they interacted with customers and employees. She was also a business partner and member of the executive team and created human resource leadership that aligned people practices with business goals.
 

Kirk and her husband Ken have two daughters, a son, and four grandchildren.  When not spending time with her family, she is learning how to play the piano and traveling with her husband.

Clint Owen
VP of Game Development

After joining Multimedia Games in 2002 as an Assistant Game Development Manager, Clint Owen has since risen to the position of Vice President and Executive Producer and has managed the game design and development of over 300 new Multimedia Games’ titles. Prior to joining the company, Owen managed the Technical Illustrations and Communications department at Applied Materials for over 6 years and was responsible for creating detailed assembly documentation and graphics for print and electronic distribution.  Owen graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. 

If he’s not overseeing his team of developers, Owen is probably camping with the family, hunting, or fishing.
 

Brad Johnson
VP of Product Management & Marketing

Brad Johnson joined Multimedia Games in 2009 as Vice President of Product Management and in the fall of 2010, became the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.  Johnson currently oversees all project and game management, as well as product development, and marketing and promotions initiatives. Prior to joining the company, Johnson was Vice President of Marketing for Aristocrat Technologies and Vice President of Marketing & Business Development and Interim Chief Operating Officer for Paltronics Inc.  Before that, Johnson started his own company, Madness Gaming Products, which he ran for 7 years before selling it in 2001. He began his gaming career in 1991 with International Game Technology (IGT), where he was a Financial and Marketing Analyst. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Business from the University of Wisconsin.

When he’s not at the office, Johnson can most likely found on the golf course or supporting his beloved Green Bay Packers.
